Our platform features a range of media, including videos, photos, blogs, and infographics, to inspire, educate, and mobilize local communities. Project Highlight
The Weight Of Our Water

As part of the Nature Footprints Storybook project for COP28, we created "The Weight of Our Water," a poignant photo essay exploring communities' relationship with their dwindling water resources across Murang’a, Kirinyaga, and Tharaka Nithi counties, Kenya. Each image reveals stories of resilience, highlighting the sacrifices made by children, the determination of young adults working as water couriers, and the wisdom of elders guiding their communities. The ever-present jerrican serves as a powerful symbol of both burden and shared responsibility in navigating this vital resource.

Loss and Damage in Focus

In recognition of the 10th Anniversary of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change, we proudly contributed to the Loss and Damage in Focus gallery. This issue highlights the devastating impacts of rising water levels in Lake Baringo, which have displaced communities, disrupted transportation to Tangulbei, and overtaken local schools in Baringo County, Kenya.
